What is Spravato?

Spravato is a medication named esketamine that comes as a nasal spray.

It can be used:

  • with or without an antidepressant to treat adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD)

  • with an antidepressant to treat depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions
