Aristotle once said "knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom." Sometimes in our lives when we embark on that journey to understand ourselves, it becomes too emotional and overwhelming. Often you may know what you want out of life but feel uncertain about how to move toward your goals. If you struggle with worry or feelings of depression and are stuck in a life that feels out of control, I can help you to build that bridge to bring you to a more satisfying life.
Through therapy interventions such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy, I can help you cope with your emotions and change behavior patterns that may contribute to your out of control feelings.
I believe in establishing a partnership with clients, working with their strengths to create better emotional wellness in daily life.
