You may have felt “too much” your whole life, carrying emotions deeply and processing the world in a way others don’t always understand. I specialize in working with highly sensitive people and deeply feeling individuals, as well as those who want to increase their emotional insight and coping.

Solution-Focused Therapy, to help you navigate emotional intensity, process trauma, engage in your creativity and develop practical tools for balance and self-empowerment.
